 Metal plastic polymer self-lubricating material takes quality carbon steel as the substrate, intermediate sintered copper powder layer, and the surface is covered with low friction material dominated by PTFE or thermoplastic polymer as the working layer of bearing. This material structure has excellent mechanical bearing capacity. The intermediate copper powder layer can not only transfer the heat generated in the running process of the bearing in time, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. The PTFE design is applicable to completely dry friction state, while the design of thermoplastic materials such as POM is applicable to low speed and high load condition under boundary lubrication condition.
