The material combination of this structure makes the metal base self-lubricating bearing applicable to various working conditions. According to the different arrangement mode of solid lubricant, the lubrication mode of metal base self-lubricating bearing can be divided into two types: one is the solid lubricant embedded in the metal matrix, and the other is the dispersive solid lubricant evenly distributed in the working face of the metal matrix. The former is suitable for low speed, medium and high load applications, while the latter is suitable for micro applications requiring low friction factors and medium and high speed applications.
